Sydney Emeralds is a non-for-profit club. All income is directly reinvested into club operations and development.
- Our Team: Board members and coordinators (covering fundraisings, uniforms, competitions, etc) are volunteers who give their time without pay. Most (if not all) are parents of current or former Sydney Emeralds athletes.
- Our Coaches: Emeralds coaches are paid volunteers who receive compensation for their time and expenses.
- Our Funding: Term fees are the main component of the Club’s income. A small portion comes from fundraising and minor grants from Artistic Swimming NSW. Both are used directly to reduce families’ competition expenses
- Our Lessons: From beginners to seasoned athletes, our bespoke lessons offer personalized coaching tailored to your goals—for fitness, team building, or pure enjoyment.
